Eight Sleep Pod Wins Red Dot Design Award

Bould Design is pleased to announce that our design for the Eight Sleep Pod has won a 2020 Red Dot Design Award. A panel of international jurists reviewed thousands of entries in order to highlight those products that distinguish themselves with exceptional industrial design.

This completely self-contained sleep monitoring and comfort system is the ultimate tool for those seeking a good night’s sleep. It captures sleep metrics such as sleep/wake times, sleep levels and heart rate as well as tossing and turning. The system also has an app controlled heating and cooling function. With all this information and control, it’s easy to dial in sleep parameters that work best for you.

Through a prototype intensive process, Bould Design developed a highly integrated system that is easy to set up and maintain and looks good in the bedroom of serious sleepers. The Red Dot jury praised the clever integration of technology. Bould Design would like to thank the Red Dot team for the work they do in showcasing design excellence.
